The kit is designed by Ford to help with surging idle. It allows the idle to be manually set and/or raised without setting the TPS voltage out of range. Comes complete with the spacer, 2 gaskets, 2 longer bolts, IAC adhesive tag and instructions. We have many customers using this kit on Speed density car with large aftermarket camshafts and they do not surge at idle. Works on EFI cars only.
